Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 4, 2026

Clay Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://clay.digital, fill out one of our forms, or take part in our programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

Clay Digital is a marketing coaching firm based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States. We run Reality Marketing School (a free community), The Marketer’s Journey (a paid membership and mastermind), the Reality Audit (a paid diagnostic), and related workshops and training. Members of The Marketer’s Journey also receive access to our software, Cortex.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Reality Marketing School join form: your first name, email address, and monthly revenue range.
  • The Marketer’s Journey application: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, website (optional), monthly revenue range, who handles your marketing, your availability, and your written answers.
  • Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, website (optional), and your answers about your business, timeline, budget range, priorities, revenue range, years in business, and how you heard about us.
  • Purchases: information you provide at checkout. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (currently SamCart) and its payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Emails and messages you send us, and anything you post in our communities.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and the services below may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and similar usage data through cookies, pixels, and server logs.

  • Google Analytics — traffic and usage analytics.
  • Google Search Console — how the site performs in search results.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measuring the effectiveness of advertising.

WordPress also sets standard cookies for comments (saving your name and email for convenience, up to one year) and for logged-in users. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your messages and review your application.
  • To invite you into Reality Marketing School and deliver the programs you join or buy.
  • To send you emails you signed up for. Every marketing email lets you unsubscribe, and you can reply to any email to ask us to stop.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Services That Process Your Information

We use trusted providers to run the business. They receive only what they need to do their job:

  • Our website host and WordPress, including Gravity Forms, which stores form submissions.
  • Skool, which hosts Reality Marketing School and The Marketer’s Journey. Your use of Skool is also governed by Skool’s own terms and privacy policy.
  • SamCart and its payment processors, for checkout and billing.
  • Our email and CRM provider, for sending the emails you signed up for and managing follow-up.
  • Cortex, our own software, for members who use it.
  • The analytics and advertising services listed in section 2.

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

6. Embedded Content From Other Websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website, which may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction with it, especially if you are logged in there.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver your programs, and meet our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it. Website comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we must keep it for legal, administrative, or security reasons. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Send requests to mike@clay.digital.

9. Children’s Privacy

This site and our programs are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Security

We use reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised policy.
