The descent happens on your business.

The Marketer’s Journey: which shaft, which floor, and the install that takes you down. Past the velvet rope, nothing is held back. Documented as you go. Yours when you reach the bottom.
Apply for the Mastermind

You have watched the descent. You can see the building now. You still cannot see your own floor.

That is not a failure of attention. It is the one thing that cannot be done from inside a business: nobody sees their own floor. Watching the weekly descent in the free room gives you depth, and depth is free; it always will be. What it cannot give you is direction: which of your three shafts is holding you up, which floor you are actually on, and what has to be installed at the bottom for it to hold.

That is Journeyman work, and it happens inside the room. Past the velvet rope, the coaching lives in the community: two office hours a week, and a room where you ask and we answer. Nothing is held back inside. It is written down as it happens, so what comes out the other end is not a memory of good advice. It is a system, on paper, that you own.

The Marketer’s Journey is a year. Twelve months of descending your own shafts, with the room watching you cross each floor. Apply, do not buy: the door has an Oath on it, and taking it in front of the room is the first act.

“I am the strategist of my own market. I refuse to outsource my authority. I refuse to chase the wrong scoreboard. I am here to be recognized, not just seen.
The Journeyman’s Oath, taken at the door

Which Shaft. Which Floor. The Install.

Every business has three shafts. We find the one holding you up, name the floor, and take you down it.

Strategy → Voice

Floor 1 is pick a niche, post more, run ads. Floor 5 is who you refuse to serve and the question you are the only answer to.
At the bottom: a stranger repeats your message back word for word, and you never said it to them.

Authority → Visibility

Floor 1 is a logo and a tagline. Floor 5 is proof a machine can verify: structured, cited, impossible to fake.
At the bottom: someone asks an AI who to hire, and it answers with your name.

Infrastructure → Velocity

Floor 1 is a website. Floor 5 is a system that keeps working when you stop touching it.
At the bottom: the page you built in March is still booking in September.

The First Build. Thirty days.

Inside your first thirty days something ships that the market can see and that did not exist before: a positioning page, a Voice statement, a Floor 5 install on one shaft.
The room celebrates the shipping, not the result. Results come later.

Shipping is the rite, and it is
the only promise on this page.

How the Journey Runs

Office Hours

Two a week, live.
Bring your business. The descent happens on it, in front of the room.

The Room

Ask in the community, we answer.
This is where the coaching and the feedback live.

The Oath

Taken at the door, in front of the room.
Named as a Journeyman in the next live session.

30 Days

The First Build ships.
Something the market can see.

Floor 5

Runs on Cortex, the instrument built for the bottom floor.
Included.

Cortex is the instrument that runs Floor 5.

Everything above Floor 5 can be done by hand, and most of the industry does it by hand, badly, forever. Floor 5 cannot. The bottom of each shaft is structural work: the positioning held in one place, the topical map that decides what gets built and in what order, the entity graph and schema a machine can verify, the pages deployed with the architecture intact, and the audit that shows whether it is holding.

Cortex is where that work lives. It is the instrument, not the strategist. The judgment stays yours; the install gets built, and kept.

  • Holds your brand architecture: the position, the voice, the avatar, in one place your whole system reads from.
  • Builds and keeps the topical map, so every page exists for a reason and sits where it belongs.
  • Verifies the Authority shaft: entities, schema, and citations a machine can check.
  • Deploys to your site and audits what is live, so the Infrastructure shaft holds when you stop touching it.

It is included with membership and never sold on its own, because an instrument without the descent is just another tool on Floor 1.

Journeymen are named on their first day. How that rank is earned, and the ranks above it, is on its own page.
Reading it is the first act of a Journeyman.

Two Doors. Both Say Apply.

Prices are published. Nothing here runs a countdown.

Journeyman — $3,970 a year

One business. Two office hours a week, the room where the coaching lives, the install documented as you go, and Cortex running Floor 5.

Agency OS — $7,500 a year

For agencies. The Journey for the agency itself, the Cortex layer across the clients you serve, and the license to take them down with the same documented method.

Never sold

A rank.
A floor number for a business you have not described.
A Charter.
A seat on the Council.

Apply, do not buy.

An application, a conversation, and the Oath at the door.
If the room is not right for you, we will say so.
